1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pass-Py ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License & Usage

• Free Trial: 10 free generations upon first install. No registration required.
• Pro License (₹999): Lifetime access for 1 PC. Unlimited generations, AI background removal, crop tool, all sizes, future updates.
• Multi-PC License (₹1,999): Lifetime access for 3 PCs. Everything in Pro plus priority support.
• License Key: Unique key activates the Software. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.
• License Transfer: Contact support to transfer to a new computer.

3. Permitted Use

Pass-Py is for internet cafes, print shops, photo studios, and professionals to create passport photo sheets. You may install on the number of PCs your license permits, use generated PDFs commercially, and process customer photos.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, share license keys, or use for illegal purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Pass-Py and all code, design, branding, and documentation are owned by the developer. The Software is licensed, not sold.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital license keys, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Use the 10 free trial generations to evaluate before purchasing. See our Refund Policy page for details.

7. Updates

All future updates are included free with your lifetime license. No recurring fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. The developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.

10. System Requirements

Windows 10/11, Python 3.x (auto-installed), 8GB RAM recommended. ~150MB download.
