All sales of Pass-Py license keys are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued.
Pass-Py license keys are digital products that grant lifetime access to the software. Once a key is generated and delivered, it cannot be revoked or returned. This is standard practice for digital software licenses.
Pass-Py includes 10 free generations with full access to all features including AI background removal, crop tool, and all print layouts. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software during the free trial before purchasing a license.
If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from working on your system, contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, contact us immediately. We will verify and refund the duplicate payment.
